Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

When you select Subscribe & Save, your order renews automatically at the delivery frequency and recurring price shown at checkout until you cancel. Your payment method is charged at checkout for your first order and on each scheduled renewal. There is no minimum commitment.

Skip, pause or cancel

You can skip, pause or cancel future orders before the next scheduled charge through the Manage subscription link in your customer account or subscription emails. You can also contact info@topswings.com for help. Please allow at least 48 hours before your next charge for requests that need our assistance, including changes to colors, quantities or delivery frequency.

Orders already charged

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged. Contact us promptly if you need help with an order already in progress. Returns are subject to our return and refund policy. Returning an order does not cancel your subscription.

Prices and shipping

The recurring product price for unchanged items remains the same while your subscription stays active, including when paused and resumed. Added or replacement items use the price agreed when you make the change. If you cancel and subscribe again, the current subscription offer applies. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are additional and follow the terms shown at checkout and our shipping policy.
