Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

The package may be opened for inspection, but the product must not have been used or installed. Used or installed overgrips are not eligible for return.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, TopSwings will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer.

For returns due to a change of mind or other non-defective reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Used or installed overgrips cannot be returned.

Gift cards, if applicable, are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different product or color, the fastest option is to return the eligible item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
